Jessica joins us as Operations & Client Relations, bringing deep experience in grant management and grassroots nonprofit support. She knows what it takes to build sustainable organizations from the inside out.

Raijene steps in as Partnership & Relationship Advisor, with a gift for community development and donor engagement. She understands that this work is about people first.

What we love most? They both get it. 

They believe in long-term relationships over quick wins, in walking alongside organizations rather than just advising from the sidelines.
