Jessica Foster
Operations + Client Relations Manager
Jessica Foster brings a rare combination of military precision, community impact leadership, and systems thinking to her role as Operations & Client Relations lead at ARCHITECT Philanthropic Collective. A U.S. Army veteran and Captain who served for over 12 years — including as a Senior Platoon Trainer at Fort Bragg and a NOVA Certified Level II Victim Advocate — Jessica built her reputation on leading with excellence, integrity, and deep care for the people she serves. That foundation doesn't leave you. It shapes everything.
Before joining ARCHITECT, Jessica spent nearly three years as Senior Manager of Community Impact at United Way of Greater Charlotte, where she steered the Unite Charlotte Grant — a $3.6 million investment in grassroots nonprofits led by and for the communities they serve. In that role, she built and sustained relationships with grantees, organized capacity-building workshops and learning communities, and held the operational infrastructure of a county-level community impact strategy together. She also served as Program Director for Leadership Charlotte, overseeing the organization's flagship leadership development program from planning through evaluation.
Jessica holds a Master's in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Executive Leadership from Liberty University, a Graduate Certificate in Urban Management and Public Policy from UNC Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Virginia. At ARCHITECT, she is the person who makes everything run — contracts, onboarding, client communications, and the operational backbone that allows the rest of the team to stay focused on strategy and impact. If something needs to happen, Jessica makes it happen.
