Andrew Tudor, CFP®, CAP®, RICP®

Specialty Client Advisor

Andrew Tudor brings over a decade of financial expertise and a rare depth of philanthropic knowledge to his role as Strategic Advisor at ARCHITECT Philanthropic Collective. As Co-Founder of Alchemist Wealth, a fee-only financial planning firm, Andrew specializes in helping families and individuals build comprehensive financial plans — with a particular focus on retirement planning, investment management, and legacy giving. His Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) designation positions him uniquely at the intersection of financial strategy and community impact, making him an invaluable voice in ARCHITECT's work on planned giving and long-term donor strategy.

Andrew's career spans some of the financial industry's most respected institutions — including Northwestern Mutual, where he coached and developed advisors while designing customized employee benefit solutions for small business owners, and US Bank, where he completed a two-year Leadership Development Program and led teams to sustained growth. That breadth of experience, from retail banking to fee-only planning, means Andrew understands the full financial picture that donors and organizations bring to their giving decisions.

At ARCHITECT, Andrew brings both strategic rigor and genuine community investment. As a board member of Planned Parenthood's Cincinnati Region Foundation and a member of the American College of Financial Services' FinServe Network, his commitment to equity-driven work extends well beyond the balance sheet.

When ARCHITECT clients are thinking about planned giving, donor-advised funds, or long-term philanthropic strategy, Andrew is the thought partner who makes sure the numbers align with the mission.
