Raijene Walker is a partnerships powerhouse with a proven record of building relationships that translate into real revenue and real community impact. As Partnership & Relationship Advisor at ARCHITECT Philanthropic Collective, she focuses on cultivating the regional capacity builder relationships that make GENESIS expansion possible — connecting ARCHITECT's work to United Ways, community foundations, and mission-aligned organizations across the country.

By day, Raijene serves as Director of Regional Development at United Way of Greater Charlotte, where she leads revenue strategy for Cabarrus County — managing a portfolio of 175+ individual and corporate donors, securing over $1.1 million in annual funding, and driving an 8% year-over-year revenue increase through re-engaged lapsed donors and new corporate partnerships. Simultaneously, as Partnership Coordinator for Dream Convention LLC, she has raised over $2 million in sponsorships across 2024 and 2025 — including partnerships with Coca-Cola, YouTube, Nintendo, and Disney — and helped execute branded campaigns and events with over 33,000 attendees. Raijene doesn't just build relationships. She builds momentum.

Her earlier career adds important texture: as Program Director and Community Development Specialist with Girl Scouts of North Carolina, she expanded program access across 41 counties and co-led culturally affirming programming through the BIPOC Employee Resource Group. Her AmeriCorps service at the Wade Edwards Foundation grounded her in direct community work alongside high school students navigating post-secondary planning. Raijene holds a B.A. in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from East Carolina University — and at ARCHITECT, she brings every bit of that communication craft and relationship depth to building the partnerships that will take GENESIS to scale.
